Viral kamakailan ang video ng isang Pulis na si Patrolman Francis Steve Fontillas matapos mag-live at ipahayag ang kanyang pagtutol sa pag-aresto kay dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte kasunod ng warrant of arrest mula sa International Criminal Court (ICC).

Dahil sa mga tahasang pahayag ni Fontillas sa pagka-dismaya sa kasalukuyang administrasyon, isinampa ng Quezon City Police District ang kasong inciting to sedition o Article 142 ng Revised Penal Code, kaugnay ng Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012.
